We offer free shipping on all orders delivered to the lower 48 U.S. states — no minimum order required. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only and do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), with a cutoff time of 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). During holiday seasons or high-volume sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Furniture, oversized items, heavy items, custom items, and made-to-order products may take 4–12 weeks after shipping confirmation due to freight transport, production time, item size, or special handling requirements.
We use trusted carrier partners, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used will depend on the delivery address and the size or weight of the package. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website. You can also track your order through our Track Your Order page.
If your shipment is delayed or you believe it may have been lost, please contact us at info@stacehill.com. We will review the shipment information and work with the carrier where possible. Transit delays do not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost, and refunds or cancellations cannot be issued solely because of a carrier delay.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, provided the loss was not caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or another circumstance attributable to the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos and video showing the product, packaging, and shipping label. Please do not return any item without our prior approval. Approved cases will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

After reviewing your claim, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible. Please do not return any item without our prior approval. If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
